Lynchonomics

Gov. Lynch Climbs Off His Fence

Here is all you need to know about the state employee Kabuki dance:

Governor Lynch is not laying off hundreds of state employees - he is simply REFORMING the number of people who work for the State of NH.

Governor Lynch is REFORMING the number of state employees because we need CHANGE.

We can all agree that CHANGE is needed and we have to do SOMETHING. Doing nothing is not an option because we need CHANGE.

Now there is a simplified description of the issue of REFORMING state employees any Democrat has to agree with.

I found the following definition of 'reform.' I particularly like the definition "To return to a good state." I assume now that he has returned things to a good state that he will want to make them better. State employees should be worried .

Reform \Re*form"\, v. i. To return to a good state; to amend or correct one's own character or habits; as, a man of settled habits of vice will seldom reform. [1913 Webster]

Dave:

Let us REFORM our state, NH, before we do anything else like pass an income tax or vote in any more moonbats.

Reform is good, vote for REFORM until we can cut the bloat in state government and return to GOOD government - one that governs least.

Ed,

Well said. As private individuals, we have to live within our means. (I.E. not spending more than we take in). Apparently this is an alien concept to our elected officials in Concord and Washington DC.

So, the obvious answer is that we replace them with individuals who do understand the above.

Ed, I've noticed a trend in your writings. You like to use the term "moonbats" a lot. Sort of as frequently as Archie Bunker used "meathead" for his son-in-law. Any reason? And could you offer a further definition some time?

Jim:

Archie's son-in-law was a moonbat. How ironic.

Try this:

Moonbat = Liberal know-it-all who has nothing to offer and everything to gain by spouting progressive, communist, socialist, left-wing nonsense which has been discredited for several centuries in several continents.

Moonbat = One who uses feelings instead of thought to solve problems - most of which are other people's problems the moonbat should keep his nose out of.

Moonbat = Irretrievably lost in his own dogma and in most cases never to gain some grip on reality even after graduating from a moonbat college and getting a job.
