Humor: A New Idea to Balance The Budget?

Sin taxes are a popular way for tax and spenders who refuse to give up spending to add new taxes without getting people upset.  So when I read the below story from the news I thought to myself, is this a sneaky way for either Lynch or Obama to balance their out of control budgets?

In Manchester Josh Muszynski purchased a pack of cigarettes.  Later when he checked his account he found out he was charged $23,148,855,308,184,500.

Is this the new way to fill the budget holes, tax a single pack of cigarettes?
